Below are resources for students who have been offered a CTK Student Loan.
The Direct Check Request Form should be completed at the beginning of your loan. It allows CTK to make payments directly to your college.
(Only if your personal or school information changes, you must fill out the form again.)
The Loan Renewal Form must be filled out after the first year to obtain continued funding.
